This twenty minute vinyasa flow includes two “flying” arm balances, Bakasana (Crow Pose) and Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavanasan) If you’re not arm-balancing today, or yet… no worries .. you can still move with, and enjoy, most of this beautiful flow as the arm balances come towards the end. Special wrist stretches included in the warm-up!
